The 46th Bièvres International Photofair, a yearly event organized by the Photo Club de Paris Val-de-Bièvre with the help of the City of Bièvres, will take place on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th of June 2009. We are looking forward to your participation to this event.
The fair will start on the Saturday at 2 pm and end Sunday at 6 pm. The fair facilities will not open before Saturday morning (at 11 am), therefore the site will not be accessible before then.
The number of covered booth has been increased. This will modify somewhat the implantation of the fair. However, we will do our best to provide you with the same booth location as last year, if you wish so. Only vehicles under 5 meters long will be allowed to park on within the fair ground. Parking space will be reserved in priority to those renting 5 linear meters spaces or more.
Boothes will be allocated on a « first come first served » basis to those sending back a complete form (a readable copy of proof of identity and full payment). Also, if you register prior to June first, your name and location on the fair ground will be listed and posted at the entrances of the fair.
You will find here the booking form and the rules for your reservation. Reception of your booking form will be acknowledged within 15 days. Booth numbers and all final documents will be mailed to you in May 2009.
